• Support equipment (Battery Chargers, Battery Checkers/Testers)

4.3 Order Confirmation

5.1 Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

5.2 Shipping Methods

We offer two shipping options:

• Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx, delivered within 10-15 business days after shipment
• Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50 via EMS, delivered within 15-25 business days after shipment

5.3 Shipping Restrictions

We ship worldwide except to some Asian countries and remote regions. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control.

5.4 Risk of Loss

All items purchased from Model Collector Hub are made pursuant to a shipment contract. The risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

6.1 Return Policy

We stand behind the quality of our products. To be eligible for a return or exchange:

• Item must be in its original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact
• Return must be initiated within 15 days of receiving the item
• Original proof of purchase or order number must be provided

6.2 Non-Returnable Items

For safety and product integrity reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Air Filters (for hygiene reasons)
• All Battery Types: 1s (3.7v), 2s (7.4v), 3s (11.1v), 4s (14.8v), 6s (22.2v), Car Batteries (due to safety and handling regulations)
• Body Reamers (as precision tools that cannot be resold once used)
• Bearings (if the packaging seal is broken)

6.3 Return Process

To initiate a return:

1. Contact our customer service at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order
2. Wait for authorization and instructions (we will provide an RMA number)
3. Package and ship the item securely to the address provided

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

6.4 Refunds

Refunds are processed within 5 business days after we receive and inspect your returned item. Funds will be returned to your original payment method. Please allow 5-10 additional business days for the refund to appear on your statement. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
