At Model Collector Hub, we stand behind the quality of every component we sell, from high-performance 6s LiPo batteries to precision .21+ nitro engines. However, we understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations. This policy outlines our process for returns and exchanges to ensure your complete satisfaction.

1. Return & Exchange Eligibility

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be:

  • In its original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact.
  • Returned within 15 days of you receiving the item.
  • Accompanied by the original proof of purchase or order number.
Note on Non-Returnable Items: For the safety and integrity of our products, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
  • Air Filters (for hygiene reasons)
  • Batteries (all types: 1s (3.7v), 2s (7.4v), 3s (11.1v), 4s (14.8v), 6s (22.2v), Car Batteries – due to safety and handling regulations)
  • Body Reamers (as a precision tool, it cannot be resold once used)
  • Bearings (if the packaging seal is broken)

2. The Return & Exchange Process

Follow these simple steps to initiate a return or exchange:

Step 1: Contact Us Within 15 Days

Email our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Use the template below to ensure we have all the necessary information to assist you quickly.

Step 2: Wait for Authorization & Instructions

We will respond within 2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on where to send your item. Please do not ship anything back without an RMA number; unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Step 3: Package and Ship the Item

Securely package the item in its original packaging and mail it to the address we provide. We recommend using a trackable shipping service. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped).

3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • Timing: Your refund will be processed within 5 business days. The funds will be returned to your original method of payment (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).
  • Delivery of Funds: Please allow 5-10 additional business days for the refund to appear on your credit card statement or in your PayPal account, depending on your financial institution’s processing times.
  • Deductions: Original shipping costs are non-refundable. For exchanges, we will cover the standard shipping cost to send the new item to you.
